Customer Service and FAQs

Our customers continue to be our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise accompanied by the bill and price tag intact within 10 days of purchase, for an exchange or credit note only. Returns without a bill will receive store credit only. Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refunds, store credit or exchange. Returns of accessories, swimwear and undergarments will not be accepted. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon the store manager’s decision.
The majority of our stores are open daily from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. However, some exceptions apply. There are also extended Holiday Hours. For specific information, please contact the store directly. To locate a store in your area, please utilize our ‘find a store’ feature.
At this time, Fashion Souk does not offer a service of on-line shopping. However, because there is always a possibility, we suggest you to sign up for our emails to keep you updated with all the latest information.

EXCHANGES will only be accepted within TEN days from the purchase date. The products should not have been washed, damaged or used and must be in a re-saleable condition as deemed by us.

EXCHANGE timings are 11:00 AM – 04:00 PM.

We do not accept exchange on Sundays.

EXCHANGES will be made using the same method as the original purchase. The ORIGINAL PRICE TAG must be intact and the ORIGINAL BILL must be presented. Customer should carry the ORIGINAL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SLIP along with CREDIT / DEBIT CARD if the goods were purchased by Credit / Debit Card.

We DO NOT accept the return or exchange of discounted articles and altered garments under any circumstances.

We DO NOT accept the return or exchange of footwears, accessories, innerwear, swimwear or perfumes.

We DO NOT offer any refund of money.
